Payment:

We accept all major credit and debit cards ( Excluding American Express ). Please make cheques or postal orders payable to GINGER TWO LTD. Goods will only be allowed for despatch once your cheque is cleared by our Bank which is normally 7 working days.

Delivery:

For all orders up to the value of £50, our postage and packing cost is £4.99 for all parts of the UK (except Northern Ireland, the Shetland Isles, the Outer Hebrides & the Isle of Man and the Channel Isles where an additional £8 shipping cost applies) with the exception of furniture which carries a £15 carriage cost.  Your order will be with you within  5 to 7 working days. If an item is out of stock or we are exceptionally busy there may be a small delay, however, should this situation arise, we will contact you BEFORE payment is processed.

To provide our customers with an efficient and safe delivery service, we use a 24 hour business carrier. To prevent loss or theft of your order the delivery MUST be signed for. Please ensure that the delivery address you submit is one where someone can sign for the goods. If the goods cannot be safely delivered, the carrier will leave a card with collection details. If this is not responded to, the goods are returned to us here at Ginger Two. If this occurs, and it is necessary to have the goods re-delivered, a second delivery charge of £4.99 will be incured.

Overseas Delivery:

We will be delighted to despatch parcels to Europe, USA, Australia and Canada at a minimum cost of £15 GBP. If delivery cost exceeds £15 we will contact you before processing your order. 

Safety first with Ginger Two:

All of our products conform to European safety standards and have been tested.

Quality Guarantee and Returns:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund, if the goods are returned within 28 days in a re-saleable condition in their original packing. Please obtain a proof of posting, although we cannot refund postage unless goods are faulty. Unfortunately, personalised / made to order items cannot be refunded.

Legal Statement:

Every care has been taken to describe products as accurately as possible, however slight variations may occur with colour reproduction due to the hand made and hand painted nature of the products. Ginger Two Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from the breach of duty in contract or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
